Monthly community voting

A community voice. An independent standard.

Monthly recognition combines independent review with verified community participation. Voting is always free.

Voting is not open

70% independent judges.
30% verified community voting.

Monthly student and educator voting is planned for the last week of each month, September through May. During each voting week, voting opens Monday at 12:00 a.m. and closes Saturday at 11:59 p.m. (Central Time). One verified vote per person, per category, per month. Votes cannot be bought, sold, or increased through sponsorship.

No open ballot is currently available.

Finalist profiles will appear only after eligibility review and appropriate publication consent. A verified voting platform must be configured and tested before voting opens.

How a monthly ballot will work

  1. Eligible finalists are reviewed by independent judges.
  2. Consented finalist profiles are published for the approved monthly voting period.
  3. Voters complete verification and receive controlled ballot access.
  4. Duplicate and suspicious entries are reviewed under the published voting rules.
  5. The verified community result contributes 30% of the final monthly score; judges contribute 70%.

Annual Student of the Year and Teacher of the Year selections are made by independent judging committees, not public voting.

Fair participation comes first.

We will use a dedicated voting integration rather than an unrestricted form. Verification procedures, the scoring formula, tie handling, voting dates, and review procedures must be approved and published before a ballot opens.
